Otarian
Otarian is a new fast-casual and socially-conscious vegetarian restaurant chain that will soon be opening its first six sites from February 2010 with three in New York and three in London (all run from Perth, Australia!). Fourth are delighted to be involved with this exciting new venture and will be providing people system and fnb manager from day one to manage its HR, stock control and purchasing requirements to ensure the future success of the business. This is a further addition to our growing portfolio of international customers.
Sarova Hotels
Sarova operate 3 individual hotels in the UK employing over 270 staff, including The Rembrandt in exclusive Knightsbridge, The Abbey in the heart of the Malverns countryside, and The Bull in Gerrards Cross. The Group has chosen Fourth to provide people system with payroll bureau to manage its HR requirements: reducing the administrative workload in every area of its employee lifecycle, through HR scheduling and forecasting, time and attendance and payroll; and reducing costs through dynamic rota management and accurate T&A data.

RoxyCo Ltd t/a Bistrotheque
Bistrotheque is a stylish restaurant and bar in the heart of East London serving bistro style food and with a popular downstairs cabaret room, its a favourite of the fashion crowd. Fourth will be providing the business with fnb manager and people system with payroll bureau to control all aspects of stock, purchasing, recipe management, HR and payroll – allowing on average a 2-7% saving in wage cost and an increase in gross profit due to more effective tracking and control of stock.
Benitos Hat
Benitos Hat is an authentic Mexican restaurant with the aim to deliver everything that is exciting and fresh about Mexican food to the people of London, banishing old perceptions of heavy, greasy, tastebud-searing, so-called Tex-Mex. The restaurant will shortly have the benefit of Fourth’s people system with payroll bureau to easily manage its HR and payroll without manual input and making savings on time and wage costs
Massarella Gelaterie Ltd / Massarella Restaurants Ltd
Part of the long established family business, Massarella Catering Group and an existing customer of Fourth. Operating as a leader within a highly competitive marketplace, the Group provides catering services within shopping centres, department stores, retail and leisure outlets and staff catering facilities. Fourth are delighted to be providing people system to manage its HR function at 35 Sites for Massarella Restaurants Ltd and an additional 39 sites for Massarella Gelaterie Ltd.
Tropeiro
Tropeiro are committed to bringing guests the very best of South Brazilian cuisine and culture at their two restaurants in Manchester and Chester. Owner Nei Borget, has previously worked with La Tasca, Giraffe and Panacea – all committed users of Fourth’s products, and was eager to adopt Fourth to provide people system with payroll bureau at his own restaurants to control all aspects of HR and payroll, making savings on time and wage cost for the business.
Davy’s of London (Wine Merchants) Ltd
Purveyors of fine wine since 1870, Davy’s operate over 30 wine bars in exciting locations around the City and Central London, offering delicious food and exclusive wines from around the world. The business will shortly be replacing its current spreadsheet and manual processes with Fourth’s people system to manage its HR at all sites, together with our specialist payroll bureau service providing payroll for 575 employees. Fourth’s services have been chosen by Davy’s to help improve wage cost, to improve the process around scheduling of labour and to improve HR compliance.
Village London Ltd t/a Village East and The Garrison
Village London Ltd operates two popular venues in trendy Bermondsey Street, SE1. Village East is a New York warehouse style Brasserie Restaurant with dining rooms and cocktail bars. The Garrison is a friendly neighbourhood gastro pub. They will both shortly be introducing fnb manager to assist in controlling their cost of sale and purchasing compliance.
Banger Brothers
Winners of the Independent Retailer of the Year 2009 - Lunch! Awards, Banger Bros. offer a gourmet sausage takeaway, serving perfectly grilled sausages in freshly baked buns or chopped over Belgian frites. They operate from 5 locations around London and also from an events trailer at major sporting and music events all over the UK. Fourth will be providing the business with people system to manage all things HR related and payroll bureau for its 35 staff. As a growing company on a limited budget, the Fourth saas model works perfectly for Banger Bros. Fourth will help to reduce and control wage cost as the company expands.
Fresh Element Ltd
Trading since 2004, Fresh Element are a bespoke catering company with an unrivalled reputation in the North East for food quality and service. They operate for a number of high profile clients in the region’s best venues. In 2008 they became the food and drink partner for Baltic, the largest contemporary art gallery in the world and an iconic building on the Newcastle Gateshead Quayside skyline. Fourth are delighted to be providing this venue with fnb manager to look after its stock control and purchasing requirements and people system with biometric T&A system to control its HR requirements and enable managers to easily control pay and attendance without manual input.
The Gastro Pub Company Ltd t/a The Bickley
The Bickley in Chislehurst, Kent is a Gastro Pub in a stunning Victorian building set over four floors, offering high quality food and drink served by people who have a pride and passion for their profession. The business will shortly be using Fourth’s fnb manager to control its stock and purchasing requirements and people system with payroll bureau to manage the HR requirements of its 70 employees.
Spaghetti House
Existing customer Spaghetti House, the popular Italian restaurant group in London, recently introduced Fourth’s fnb manager to its new site in Westfield, Shepherds Bush to manage its stock control and purchasing requirements. The group will now be rolling out fnb manager to its other 10 sites, saving on wage costs and increasing gross profit due to more effective tracking and control of stock.

Prestonfield House Hotel
The Prestonfield is an award-winning luxury hotel and is one of the most indulgent and opulent places to stay in Edinburgh, if not the World! The hotel is part of a unique collection owned by the celebrated Scottish restaurateur, James Thomson which also includes the famous Witchery by the Castle, the Tower rooftop restaurant, and Rhubarb Restaurant. Fourth are delighted to be working with the business to provide people system with biometric identification time and attendance, enabling managers to easily control its HR, pay and attendance without manual input.
Guild Bars Ltd
This brand new bar/restaurant is opening in Whitechapel, London in December. Fourth have been selected to supply both people system and fnb manager to manage all of its back-office systems to provide maximum benefit to the business from day one.
Caffé Fratelli
Existing customer Caffé Fratelli is a traditional neighbourhood deli providing customers with an authentic Italian coffee and dining experience at its 7 popular locations around London. Having realised the benefits of Fourth’s fnb manager the business will shortly being adding people system with payroll bureau to manage its HR and payroll requirements.
Snowy Morning Ltd t/a Baltic Restaurant
This group of 3 restaurants owned by Jan Woroniecki includes: Baltic – a stylish destination restaurant south of the river and Wódka in Kensington, both serving the best Polish and Eastern European food that London has to offer; along with Chez Kristof, an elegant yet informal restaurant, bar and deli specialising in French regional cuisine. They are the latest recipients of Fourth’s fnb manager to control stock and purchasing and to provide total visibility for the business at the touch of a button.
Como Holdings (UK) Ltd
Part of the international Como Hotels and Resorts Group. Its portfolio includes: two top London Hotels, The Metropolitan (home of the famous Met Bar) and The Halkin; along with the critically acclaimed Nobu London and Nobu Berkeley St – offering “new style” Japanese cuisine and regarded as London’s most fashionable venues with many high profile parties. The company also operates 30 Armani retail outlets in the UK. Fourth will shortly be providing people system to control all aspects of HR, including time and attendance for approximately 1600 employees and the procurement module to manage expenditure - making savings on time and wage cost for the business.
Wasabi
Wasabi has arrived from Japan, developing a new style of serving fresh, healthy and innovative sushi lunches from 20 venues around London’s busiest district, and has exciting plans to expand the business further in the near future. Fourth has been adopted to provide people system including the biometric identification time and attendance module at all sites to provide pro-active management of HR and to reduce and control wage cost across the group.
Red Carnation Hotels
Existing customer, Red Carnation Hotels is a family-run international group of four and five star boutique hotels in spectacular locations, with the emphasis on service and luxury. Having used Fourth’s fnb manager for a number of years and seen the time and cost-saving benefits, the group will shortly be introducing people system and payroll bureau at 10 hotels to fully control HR and payroll of its 800 employees.
Mitie Catering
Part of the Mitie Group who provide facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses and a member of the UK FTSE 250. The catering division offers a full range of services from staff restaurants, café bars, deli bars, and juice bars, to vending, hospitality, fine dining and events. Fourth are delighted to be working with Mitie with the provision of Fourth’s electronic trading platform, trade simple at 162 sites to control invoice management against goods received and preloaded price and product catalogues, as well as increasing purchase compliance through centralised catalogue management, allowing real-time visibility of spend.
North Bond Street Ltd t/a Ristorante Semplice
Semplice is a luxuriously appointed restaurant just off fashionable Bond Street serving simple yet delicious Italian food. The restaurant will shortly be using people system with payroll bureau to manage all things HR related and Fourth’s Managed Service including the new Managed Account Processing Service to help maintain, update and monitor the performance and efficient running of fnb manager which controls all elements of stock control, recipe management and purchasing.

The Library Ltd – t/a Oddfellows
Oddfellows is Chester’s open-house members’ club; a place for eating, meeting, fine dining, champagne sipping, cocktail shaking, dancing and sleeping. Set in a beautifully renovated 17th Century Georgian manor house, the dining rooms have recently been re-launched with the arrival of celebrity chef, Richard Phillips. Fourth have been contracted to integrate fnb manager and people system to manage its stock control, purchasing, recipe management and HR and to provide vital control and visibility to the business without manual input.
Konditor & Cook Ltd
Konditor & Cook offer a unique and personalised bespoke cake service for any occasion. Their fabulous cakes are baked in on-site kitchens at each of their 5 sites in London. The company will shortly have the benefit of Fourth’s fnb manager to control its purchasing requirements, saving on costs for the business and replacing any current manual processes.
Greenwich Inc. Ltd
Inc Group are a well known group of pubs and eateries found in Greenwich and the O2, the UK’s premier entertainment district. With many different venues for every occasion from fine dining to relaxed drinking including: The American Bar & Grill, Inc Bar, Inc Brasserie, Inc Club, Jimmy Monaco’s, and The Elbow Room Pool Lounge & Bar. Already established users of fnb manager, the group will also soon be using Fourth’s people system to control all aspects of HR for its 450 employees.
Curzon Cinemas Ltd
Curzon are a group of 10 cinemas employing 120 people in London showing quality art-house and foreign language films in a luxury environment. Fourth will be assisting its future plans for the business by providing fnb manager and people system to easily control its back office systems for stock, purchasing, and HR, making savings on time and labour costs.
Novus Leisure
Existing customer Novus Leisure operate premium bars in the West End and City of London and also the well known Tiger Tiger brand at 9 venues throughout the UK, the pioneer of the combined bar, restaurant and late night club concept. Already current users of Fourth’s trade simple to trade electronically with its customers, it will shortly be rolling out the people system tronc module to all of its 37 sites to allow the business to facilitate service charge, tips and tronc allocation with complete compliance.
Marr Hall
Part of the Earl of Marr Estate, Marr Hall, near Glasgow is a fine example of gothic architecture and is one of Scotland’s premier five star hotels. With 53 luxuriously designed suites offering breathtaking views of the Kilpatrick Hills, an Aveda Concept Spa (the first of its kind in the UK) together with the newly opened Earl Marr 18 hole golf course, Marr Hall will delight the most discerning traveller. On the recommendation of employees who had used our systems elsewhere, Fourth’s people system with payroll bureau will soon be in place to easily control all aspects of HR and payroll without manual input and making savings on time and wage costs.
BG Inns
BG Inns are an independent group of traditional pubs in Cheshire. They will shortly be using the people system bureau module which provides a professional, experienced and specialist payroll team to take care of its payroll requirements for over 50 employees, reducing costs and saving time for its own in-house team.
The Clarendon
This former pub in Chandlers Cross is now a stylish restaurant, bar and lounge serving the best of British cuisine, either in its modern and informal Canteen, or a more complex fine dining menu in its casually elegant dining area. The business had heard of benefits of Fourth systems from others and will now also be using fnb manager and people system to control all aspects of purchasing, stock control, recipe management, HR and payroll bureau for 40 staff.
Market Café Ltd t/a Fuel Bar and Circus
Fuel is a newly refurbished Bar and Restaurant with some of the best vantage points over Covent Garden Market from its terraces of the nearby street performers and offering a sophisticated chic vibe and late licence. In November they will be opening Circus, a new bar also in Covent Garden. Fourth will be providing both bars with fnb manager and people system with payroll bureau to take full control of its purchasing, stock control, cash management, HR and payroll functions and continue the success of the business

Creative Events is a venue and special events catering company employing 750 staff, offering a wide variety of options to its customers - from Cafes to Champagne & Seafood Bars, A la Carte Restaurants to temporary Food & Drink Outlets and has built its success on passion, creativity and integrity, delivering the very best for all occasions. Fourth are delighted to be working with the business by providing its on-line trading platform, trade simple at 4 sites, saving time and improving process for the business.
The Dorchester
The Dorchester is one of London’s most famous hotels occupying the most prestigious acre and a half of estate in the world, in the heart of Mayfair and is the preferred hotel of British Society. Already an established customer of Fourth’s fnb manager, they will shortly be introducing the people system biometric identification time and attendance system module to enable managers to easily control pay and attendance without manual input.
Timerest Ltd
Owned by Tony Kitous who is credited with putting the glamour into Middle Eastern cuisine, Timerest Ltd operate 7 popular restaurants in London: Levant, an exotic mezze restaurant, the opulent Pasha and the award-winning Kenza offering authentic Moroccan cuisine, along with its popular fast food outlets Comptoir Libanais, bringing Lebanese food to the High Street. Fourth have been adopted to provide both fnb manager and people system to the business to control all aspects of stock control, purchasing and HR together with its payroll bureau service for 250 employees.
Chinawhite
This famous London nightclub and celebrity haunt is re-opening in a new location in October 2009 and Fourth are delighted to be partnering the club in its re-launch with the provision of fnb manager to streamline its stock control and purchasing requirements and ensuring an improvement on its gross margins. Having been employed by other Fourth customers, the new managers had seen the benefits of our services and were keen to have them in place at this new venue.

The Esporta Group operates 55 health and leisure clubs in the UK and Ireland providing market-leading facilities and services to the premium segment of the health and leisure market. Fourth are delighted to be partnering Esporta in providing fnb manager and trade simple at all of its clubs to maintain the company’s stock control, recipe management, online ordering and invoice management - improving margin and saving time for the business.
The Church Green – Lymm, Cheshire
The Church Green in Lymm is the latest pub restaurant venture from rising star, Aiden Byrne, who has made TV appearances on Saturday Kitchen, Masterchef and The Great British Menu. He is also the youngest chef ever to win a Michelin star (at the age of 22) and was previously Head Chef at The Grill at The London Dorchester. The restaurant is the latest recipient of Fourth’s fnb manager which will control all aspects of stock and procurement, and people system for all of its HR requirements. A second site will be opening later in the year with the systems in place, to provide maximum benefit to the business.
Le Pain Quotidien
Longstanding customer, Le Pain Quotidien is an international artisian bakery/restaurant serving good value organic food, coffee and wine - with 13 sites in the UK all fully supported by fnb manager and people system to control its back office systems. Fourth will now be providing the systems to 4 further sites in France continuing the success of the business, making savings on wage cost and improving profits for the business.
Phoenix Food & Beverage (Montcalm) Ltd
Phoenix is a new catering company based in London and has recently been contracted to provide catering at one of London’s newest luxury hotels, The Montcalm in Park Lane. The directors of the company have recognised the benefits of Fourth systems in their previous work-places and have adopted Fourth to partner them in this new venture, with further plans to build and develop the business in the future. The company will be using people system to control their HR and payroll requirements and are looking at using fnb manager in the future to maintain stock control, purchasing and recipe management. They are so enamoured with our systems that they are already recommending us to other businesses!
London Fine Dining
London Fine Dining Group is the trading name for A to Z Restaurants Ltd and comprises some of London's finest destination restaurants. Their eight restaurant portfolio includes many well known names including Aubergine, Ken Lo’s Memories of China, L’Oranger, Allor, Era and the award winning Michelin star restaurant, Zafferano. Fourth’s people system will be replacing the company’s current manual spreadsheet based systems to control wage cost via biometric time and attendance and online scheduling and forecasting. The system will also help the company with its HR policy and provide compliance around tronc and the new national minimum wage legislation.
Aqua Kyoto
Aqua is a renowned Hong Kong based restaurant group which will be launching in London in September at the former site of Dickens and Jones in Regent Street. Aqua Kyoto is one of the 3 dining spaces located on the top floor, offering an impressive sushi bar with spectacular views across the capital. Fourth’s people system will be in place at this new venue to control all aspects of HR including time and attendance and payroll bureau.
Paramount Club, London
Paramount is a chic and contemporary members club and event space located on the top three floors of the Centre Point building with cutting edge bars, lounges, a restaurant and unrivalled panoramic views of such landmarks as The City, Canary Wharf, Westminster, Primrose Hill and Wembley Stadium. Following the recommendation of Bernd Conrad, the new General Manager, and a previous user of Fourth’s systems, the club will be replacing its current manual processes with people system to look after all aspects of HR and payroll of 100 staff.
Saf Restaurant
Saf Restaurant is an innovative Vegan and Raw Food Restaurant and Bar situated in London’s trendy Shoreditch and the third restaurant of an international chain (including Istanbul and Munich). The cuisine is 100% botanical and organic food with no animal, dairy, refined or processed elements. Fourth will be providing the restaurant with people system and fnb manager modules to control its back office function including stock, purchasing, recipe management and HR, replacing their use of manual excel spreadsheets to save time and improve cost control for the business.

Barceló Hotels & Resorts – UK
Barceló is currently one of the largest groups of four star hotel providers in the UK with 21 Hotels. Already successful users of Fourth’s people system to control all HR requirements, the company will shortly be replacing its internal payroll systems with Fourth’s fully outsourced bureau service to pay all of its 2,500 employees.
Côte Restaurants
Côte is a group of 16 Bistros in the London and Surrey area providing simple, freshly prepared French food at value for money prices – the company was recently awarded ‘Best Value Restaurant in Britain’ in the 2009 Good Food Guide. Fourth will be providing people system to control recruitment, HR, scheduling and time & attendance for the business, together with payroll bureau for over 1,400 staff.
Galvin Restaurants
The Galvin Brothers are among London’s leading restaurateurs with two award-winning restaurants serving classic French cuisine at its best – the eponymous Bistrot De Luxe in Baker Street, and Galvin at Spitalfields. Fourth has been selected to provide people system and fnb manager at both locations to control its back office systems, reducing time, labour and cost for the business.
Imperial London Hotels
Imperial London Hotels has been operating in Central London since 1837. The group has six hotels all located in Bloomsbury and offers visitors to the Capital a good standard of accommodation and exceptional value for money. Fourth will be providing fnb manager at all hotels to streamline its purchasing, stock control and recipe management requirements.
Searcy Tansley & Co
Existing customer Searcys is one of the UK’s leading catering and hospitality organisations, operating from many iconic venues including, the Barbican, the Gherkin and St Pancras Grand. Already users of Fourth’s online trading platform, trade simple, the company will shortly be using fnb manager at one of its most prestigious locations, the Royal Opera House, in order to control all aspects of stock, purchasing and recipe management, prior to rolling out to the rest of the estate.
The Roof Gardens – Virgin Clubs
The Roof Gardens and Babylon Restaurant are part of Sir Richard Branson’s renowned luxury brand, Virgin Limited Edition. There are three themed gardens with over 70 full size trees, a flowing stream stocked with fish and resident flamingos Bill, Ben, Splosh and Pecks – all located 100 feet above Kensington High Street in Central London! This exclusive venue will be fully supported by Fourth’s fnb manager to control its purchasing, recipe management and stock control requirements.

Saltire Taverns
Headed by Edinburgh pub tycoon, Billy Lowe, Saltire Tavern’s portfolio includes Frankenstein - horror-themed pubs, the Illicit Still Bar, the Golf Tavern (established in 1456 and known as the oldest golf pub in the world!), and its flagship Le Monde, a premier boutique hotel in Edinburgh and winner of Scottish Boutique Hotel of the Year 2009. Fourth has been selected to provide the group with people system to manage the HR, payroll, scheduling and time and attendance to effectively manage costs and increase efficiencies.
Purely Food Ltd t/a O’Briens
Purely Food Ltd has recently opened a new franchise of the famous O’Briens Sandwich Bars Group in Newcastle, and plan to open a further store in the near future. The O’Briens franchise business was founded by Brody Sweeney in 1988 when he opened in Dublin and has now grown to over 300 stores in 13 countries around the World. Fourth will be providing the two new franchise stores with people system to control all aspects of HR, time and attendance and payroll.
Aramark - Spain
Aramark is a foodservice provider, employing 12,500 people in 1,000 locations in the UK across a wide range of sectors, including public buildings, prisons and North Sea oil rigs. They are currently one of the largest users of trade simple, Fourth’s online trading platform. We are delighted to announce that Aramark has recently increased its investment with Fourth and are planning to roll-out trade simple order and invoice manager across its entire Spanish estate, potentially the first of a number of international ventures.
Bedruthan Steps Hotel
Bedruthan is a family owned hotel, spa and events venue located in a stunning beachside location in North Cornwall and was voted Cornwall and the South West's Hotel of the Year 2008/2009. The owners will also shortly be opening a stunning new hotel in Cornwall, The Scarlet - a luxury hotel built to the highest eco standards, complete with a unique Ayurvedic spa. Fourth will be providing both hotels with fnb manager to streamline its purchasing, stock control and invoicing requirements.
Cheyne Walk Brasserie
Cheyne Walk provides simple yet brilliantly executed brasserie dishes in a luxurious Chelsea river-side setting. Once a victorian pub, it has been transformed into a chic restaurant downstairs with a Belle Epoque style dining room, and an indulgent french Salon upstairs, hosting regular jazz evenings. Their sister restaurant, Waterloo Brasserie are current users of Fourth's fnb enterprise and they will now also be adding the systems at this site to manage stock control, purchasing and recipe management and to help reduce costs and improve process within the business.
Cupcake Mum Ltd
Cupcake is a unique members club in London for mums, mums-to-be and their families. It offers classes and seminars, amazing spa treatment rooms, sleep pods, a crèche and at its heart, the Cupcake Café serving vintage-style cupcakes, baked on site and other delicious and healthy meals. The business will be introducing Fourth’s fnb enterprise system to manage its stock control, purchasing and recipe management.
Pizzeria Danilo
Danilo’s is a family-owned business employing 20 people in Cheshire who have been serving authentic Italian cuisine for over 20 years. They have recognised the benefits of our services for businesses both large and small and have recently selected Fourth to provide people system with in-house payroll and biometric time and attendance allowing them to easily control all aspects of HR without manual input.
Blythe Trading Ltd
Blythe Trading have been serving the people of Clapham for over 10 years and now have 5 venues, including the popular Rapscallion Restaurant/Cocktail Bar, The Sequel Bar Restaurant, The Railway Bar and The Gilt Bar with its Japanese influenced menu. Terence Conran's latest venture, Lutyens Grill Room at 85 Fleet St, has engaged Fourth Hospitality in the provision of the fnb manager Stock and Ordering System and also for HR, Scheduling, Time and Attendance and Payroll, for the purpose of controlling the stock and labour costs from the off!
Geronimo Inns
Geronimo Inns are a group of pubs in London and Surrey, the first of which opened in 1995. Each of the 21 pubs is individually tailored to the locality making it the centre of the community and providing a home from home atmosphere and good food at affordable prices. Geronimo’s determination to maintain the highest standards and attention to detail has been recognised when it was awarded “The Best Pub Company of the Year” at the 2009 Publican Awards. Fourth are delighted to be working with Geronimo to provide people system to control all aspects of HR, Scheduling and Payroll Bureau for the Group, putting in place streamlined web based processes to support their exciting plans for expansion over the next two years.

SnobFood produce high quality food for the corporate and lunch-time trade from its central production unit in London and at 7 dazzling locations, under the Napket® brand - a dramatic and daring re-invention of the urban café and a seriously chic place to eat in or take-away. Fourth will be providing fnb enterprise at all 7 sites to manage its stock control, recipe management and purchasing requirements.
Baroque
Formerly the Burlington Club, Baroque is London’s newest addition to the members club scene and is located in the heart of Mayfair. Set over two floors of decadent surroundings, Baroque promises to provide a chilled upscale clubbing experience in the West End. Fourth has been selected to provide fnb manager to control all elements of stock control and purchasing for the club.
Grille Room Limited
Grille is an expanding group of restaurants providing diners with a touch of Parisian bistro chic mixed with the New York vibe. The Group has recently adopted Fourth’s Managed Service to help maintain, update and monitor the performance and efficient running of fnb manager. The system controls all elements of stock control, recipe management and purchasing for the group. In addition to this people system with bureau service will be controlling all aspects of HR and payroll for over 300 staff at 15 sites.

Since first opening in 1955, Spaghetti House still brings the same authentic Italian passion for conviviality to neighbourhood restaurants throughout the West End and is known as the leading and most well-loved Italian restaurant group in London. The group currently has 10 restaurants employing over 150 people and still operates as a privately-owned, family-run company. The group has selected Fourth to supply fnb manager at its new site in Westfield, Shepherds Bush to manage all its stock control and purchasing requirements.
The Bespoke Hotel Company Limited - Bermondsey Square Hotel
The Bermondsey Square Hotel is the hottest new addition to London’s coolest boutique hotel scene. It is the focal point of the complete regeneration of Bermondsey and is fast becoming one of the hippest and most sought after areas of London. The hotel is part of existing customers, The Bespoke Hotel Company who have a portfolio of more than 20 highly individual hotels throughout the country with further openings planned for the future. The new hotel will be fully supported by Fourth’s fnb manager to control its purchasing, recipe and stock control requirements along with Fourth's people system to streamline and manage the HR, Scheduling and Payroll.
City Inn Hotels
The award winning City Inn Hotels was established in 1995 with the concept of providing contemporary new-build hotels in prime city centre locations. Since the first opening in Bristol in 1999, there are currently 6 hotels including the flagship City Inn Westminster and further projects are in advanced development in Leeds, London and Amsterdam. At the heart of the City Inn brand are the principles of an uncompromising approach to quality, a commitment to innovation and putting customers first, always. City Inn has contracted Fourth to provide the people system with bureau service, in order to fully control all aspects of HR, scheduling, time & attendance and payroll.
Genting Casinos
Genting Casinos is one of the largest gaming providers in the UK with 3 well known brands, Circus, Maxims and Mint, it is among London's most prestigious casinos. The group, who were established in 1976, also own and operate 40 others throughout the country, with recent openings in Liverpool and Edinburgh. Fourth are delighted to have been contracted to provide fnb enterprise at all sites to manage stock control, ordering and to control cost throughout the group.
Benares Restaurant
Benares is a restaurant in Mayfair offering contemporary food with a unique innovative Indian twist. At the helm is Atul Kochhar, considered to be one of London’s top celebrity Michelin starred chefs and a regular on our TV screens, coming to prominence in the BBC series “The Great British Menu” and a permanent fixture on the likes of Saturday Kitchen and Market Kitchen. He also owns a fine dining restaurant in Wickham surrounded by vineyards and has penned two cookery books. Fourth will be providing Benares with fnb manager to manage its stock control, recipe management and purchasing requirements.
V8 Gourmet
Existing customer, V8 Gourmet has increased its investment with Fourth and will implement fnb manager to manage stock and distribution at its Central Production Unit which services the group's restaurants as well as its successful wholesale business providing to customers including Virgin Airlines and KLM. The restaurant brands include the award winning Bombay Bicycle Club, Tiffinbites and the renowned Vama on Kings Road, Chelsea.
Reynolds Catering Supplies
Reynolds is one of the UK’s largest fresh produce distributors and a current user of Fourth’s Cornerstone service. The company will be increasing its investment with Fourth which will allow them to trade electronically with Wagamama Restaurants, Mercure Hotels and Leon Restaurants who are also Fourth customers

Liverpool-based Centre Island Hotels has chosen Fourth Hospitality's fnb manager to manage its online ordering, stock control and recipe requirements for its 8 Crowne-Plaza, Holiday Inn and Express brand hotels.
Goodman Restaurant
Goodman is named after the jazz legend Benny and brings the style of a New York Steakhouse to Mayfair, offering the best steaks in the Capital. Fourth will be providing the business with fnb manager, people system with payroll, invoice bureau and financial reporting to manage all its stock control, purchasing and HR requirements.
Rick Stein Restaurants
Rick Stein has been involved in the restaurant industry for over 33 years and has written 11 cookery books and appeared on many TV programmes promoting his passion for seafood and regionally produced ingredients. He currently operates four restaurants, a deli and a patisserie and gift shop in and around Padstow, North Cornwall and has recently acquired his local pub, The Cornish Arms. His most notable establishment is probably The Seafood Restaurant. Fourth is delighted to be providing all sites with fnb manager to manage the cost, level and distribution of all stock around the business as well as controlling and monitoring production planning and recipe engineering.
Market Lane Café
Market Lane Café is an award-winning restaurant and bar in the heart of Cork City, Ireland that offers great food using ingredients that are sourced primarily from the English Market and local artisan producers. Lena Restaurants
Based in the heart of trendy Shoreditch, Lena evokes traditional Italian concepts executed in the unique style of the area. Our friends at Flatbread Café have set up Bedou Kitchen to provide event catering and food supplies to the North East from a new central kitchen. Fourth will be providing fnb manager and people system with payroll bureau at this new facility to control its back-office systems.
Dockmasters Restaurant
Dockmasters has relaunched itself as a stunning fine dining Indian fusion restaurant, located in historic buildings behind West India Quay, London. Last known as a curry house, the destination has previously been – as the name would suggest – the dockmaster’s residence, and in its murkier past, an opium den. As part of the extensive refurbishment, the restaurant will be using Fourth’s fnb manager to oversee its stock control and purchasing requirements and to help reduce costs and improve process within the business.

Brothers Sam and Eddy Hart are the proprietors of many well-known and prestigious establishments including: the famous Quo Vadis, a beautiful restaurant that has been operating in Soho since 1926; Spanish Tapas restaurants Barrafina and Fino situated in London’s West End; and Harts, Nottingham – a stylish boutique hotel and restaurant built to an award winning design by architect Julian Marsh on the ramparts of Nottingham’s medieval castle. Fourth will be providing fnb enterprise at all of these sites to assist with the control of their back office systems.
Maybourne Hotel Group
Maybourne Hotel Group owns and manages 3 of the most prestigious hotels in the capital – Claridge's, known as London’s art deco jewel and the last word in luxury hotels; The Connaught, recently re-opened at the end of last year after a multi-million pound restoration; and The Berkeley, a contemporary chic hotel in Knightsbridge. It is the latest Hotel Group to adopt Fourth as its systems provider and will be using fnb manager and procurement at all 3 sites to help reduce costs and improve margin whilst managing purchasing, stock control and electronic supplier trading for the group.

The Oyster Box Hotel in Durban is the latest South African venture for existing customer, Red Carnation Hotels and will be open in the second half of 2009. It has contracted Fourth to supply fnb manager to control all purchasing and stock.

Existing customer Reynolds, one of the UK’s largest fresh produce distributors, is increasing its investment with Fourth with the continued use of the Cornerstone service which will allow them to trade electronically with one of their biggest customers, Pizza Express - another long standing customer of Fourth.
Mahiki
Well-known for its celebrity clientele, the famous Mahiki Nightclub in Mayfair is opening its second location shortly. Along with the original Mahiki, they will be fully supported by fnb manager to enhance the stock and purchasing functions of the business.
Tragus Restaurants
Tragus Restaurants is one of the ‘big four’ restaurant groups and home to such high street brands as Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada. Fourth is delighted to announce that Tragus is investing in Fourth’s people system with payroll bureau service to manage and pay all its 7,000 employees as well as taking advantage of Fourth’s expertise in handling the delicate challenges of tronc and national minimum wage.
V8 Gourmet Limited
V8 Gourmet is the new owner of the Bombay Bicycle Club, Vama and Tiffinbites brands. These award winning restaurants and delivery kitchens have been offering the finest Indian cuisine in London for over 20 years and are a favourite with many top chefs and restaurant critics. Fourth has been contracted to provide fnb enterprise as its back office solution in addition to Fourth’s HR and payroll services that are already in place. Currently with 24 venues, V8 Gourmet plans to expand further in the UK and over-seas.

Willow Street Hotels Ltd
Willow Street Hotels Ltd, the company behind The Hoxton Hotel has recently taken over the Hoxton Grille after the restaurant went into administration. The Hoxton Grille, situated in Central London, is inspired by the vibrant, unpretentious bistros of New York and Paris. The new company has retained all fourth systems and services for the smooth running of the business.
Starman
Starman U Services, Head Office for the international Starman Hotel Group, managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts under the Le Meridien brand, have contracted Fourth Hospitality as its partner to use people system for HR and payroll along with the fully outsourced payroll bureau.
Callbridge Hotels
In mid January, Callbridge Hotels Limited acquired nine of the original Folio Hotels. They will be managed by Bespoke Hotels and have contracted Fourth to continue to provide the people system for HR, scheduling and payroll bureau service. Bespoke are a highly individual hotel company that offer something for everyone!
Simply Style
